How we earn your confidence

Four signals that show how we demonstrate Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trustworthiness on business email — visible to both your team and the search engines that rank us.

Experience

Google Workspace Partner

Listed Google Workspace partner with hands-on rollouts spanning teams of 5 to 500+ users across professional services, retail, education and healthcare.

Expertise

Microsoft 365 Partner

Microsoft 365 tenant configuration done properly — Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, retention and Teams governance configured from day one, not bolted on after an incident.

Authoritativeness

SPF / DKIM / DMARC fluent

We publish DMARC reports, read them, and move domains from p=none to p=reject without breaking legitimate senders — the discipline that turns "email" into "infrastructure".

Trustworthiness

Zero-downtime migration

Phased, parallel mail-flow migrations that never lose a thread, a contact or a calendar entry — with full rollback plans in place before the cutover window opens.

We've moved 100+ Indian SMBs off cPanel and GoDaddy email, fixed DMARC for domains that had been spoofed for years, and migrated 500-user tenants to Microsoft 365 without losing a single email in the cutover window.

Email is the most universal business communication tool — and the one most Indian SMBs treat as an afterthought. Free Gmail addresses on company business cards. Inboxes shared across the team because nobody set up proper accounts. Critical client correspondence sitting in spam folders because the domain has no SPF, DKIM or DMARC records.

DV Digital sets up Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 the way they should have been set up the first time — provisioning, domain authentication, migration, security, training and ongoing administration. Email stops being operational risk and becomes infrastructure you no longer think about.

How we work

From email audit to fully trained team — without losing a thread.

Five disciplines we run in sequence so the mailbox you use on day one is the mailbox you trust three years later.

01

Audit — current state & deliverability

We start by auditing the existing email setup — providers, domains, DNS records, DMARC reports, mailbox sprawl and account ownership. Every gap is documented before a single MX record is touched.

02

DNS & domain setup

Domain verification, MX records, SPF, DKIM and DMARC published correctly the first time — with monitoring set up so drift gets caught before it costs you an inbox-rate point.

03

Mailbox provisioning

User accounts, aliases, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, MFA, role-based admin and naming conventions — provisioned in bulk and documented so onboarding the next hire takes minutes, not days.

04

Migration — zero downtime

Parallel mail-flow, staged user cutover and full mail-history transfer from Zoho, Rediffmail, cPanel, GoDaddy or any legacy provider — with rollback plans in place before the window opens.

05

Training & ongoing support

Live training sessions for Gmail, Outlook, Calendar, Drive, OneDrive, Meet and Teams — plus a 90-day post-launch support window where we tune DMARC, monitor deliverability and answer every admin-console question.

Email platforms

Six business email platforms. One opinionated recommendation.

We don't pretend every platform is right for every business. We pick the one your team will actually use — and run the migration without the drama.

Google Workspace

Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet and Docs — the default choice for collaboration-heavy, cloud-native teams that share documents constantly.

GmailDriveMeet

Microsoft 365

Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and the full Office suite — the right call for Excel-heavy workflows and Microsoft-centric compliance.

OutlookTeamsSharePoint

Zoho Mail

Cost-effective Indian-cloud email for small teams that want a private-domain inbox without the Workspace or 365 price tag.

Domain emailLean ops

Rediffmail Pro

Legacy Rediffmail Pro tenants — supported when migration isn't yet an option, and rebuilt cleanly when the time comes to move.

Custom Postfix / Dovecot

Self-hosted Postfix + Dovecot stacks for teams with specific compliance or data-residency requirements — built on hardened Linux with full DMARC alignment.

End-to-end encrypted business email for legal, healthcare and finance teams with strict confidentiality requirements.

Mailbox formats

Six mailbox formats that actually map to how teams work.

Every business has more than one type of inbox. We provision them properly from day one — so departures, hand-offs and audits never become a fire-drill.

Single-domain setup

One company, one domain — every user on [email protected] with a clean naming convention and signature standard.

Multi-domain

One tenant, multiple brands — sub-brands, holding companies and regional domains all administered from one console without licence sprawl.

Aliases

Personal aliases for senior staff, role aliases for support and sales, and brand aliases for cross-domain teams — all routed to the right mailbox without extra licences.

Distribution lists

team@, leadership@, india-ops@ — managed distribution lists with proper SPF alignment so internal broadcasts never trip spam filters.

Shared mailboxes

sales@, support@, info@ — shared mailboxes with assignment workflows, auto-reply rules and full audit logs across the team.

Signature management

Centrally managed, brand-compliant signatures with tracking parameters, social handles and disclaimers — applied to every outgoing message automatically.

Measurement

Setup is the input. Deliverability is the output.

Six KPIs we report on every month so business email keeps doing what it was provisioned to do — get into the inbox, on time, every time.

01

Deliverability rate

Percentage of legitimate outbound mail that lands in primary inboxes — tracked across Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and corporate filters.

02

Spam-folder rate

Inverse signal — how often your mail gets junk-foldered. We hunt this number down to under 1% on warmed-up domains.

03

Uptime

Tenant uptime measured against Google's and Microsoft's published SLAs — with incident notes when either side has a regional event.

04

Migration zero-loss

Every migration is reconciled — message counts before and after, calendar entries, contact lists and shared drives accounted for in writing.

05

User adoption

Active-user percentages by app — Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet, Teams — so training investment is targeted at the tools people actually avoid.

06

Ticket volume

Support tickets per 100 mailboxes per month — the lagging indicator of a setup that's either working quietly or quietly broken.

Industries

Where we run business email that actually works.

Sectors we've shipped enough rollouts in to know what regulators ask for, what users actually click, and what fails the first audit.

SPF, DKIM and DMARC published correctly the first time — and monitored after.

Zero-downtime migration with full mail-history transfer and reconciliation reports.

Live training across Gmail, Outlook, Calendar, Drive, OneDrive, Meet and Teams.

90-day post-launch support window with DMARC tuning and deliverability monitoring.

FAQs

Questions teams ask before they sign.

Which is better — Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Both are excellent. Google Workspace is generally preferred by marketing and creative teams who value Gmail's interface and Google Docs collaboration. Microsoft 365 is often preferred by businesses relying heavily on Excel, Word, and Teams. We advise based on your existing workflows.
Can you migrate our existing emails to a new provider?
Yes. We manage full email migrations including contacts and calendar data where applicable — ensuring no historical correspondence is lost in the transition.
Should we choose Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Google Workspace tends to win for cloud-native, collaboration-heavy teams that share documents constantly and value simpler administration. Microsoft 365 wins when your team uses heavy Excel workflows, has historical Office investment, or operates in industries with Microsoft-centric compliance requirements. Both are excellent — the answer depends on your actual workflow, not generic agency preference.
How long does email migration take?
Standard migrations to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 take 2–6 weeks depending on team size and email volume. Phase 1 is account setup and domain configuration (3–5 days). Phase 2 is parallel mail flow setup and testing (1 week). Phase 3 is staged user migrations with email history transfer (1–4 weeks depending on team size). We minimise disruption by overlapping the phases.
What does business email cost?
Google Workspace plans range from ₹125/user/month (Business Starter) to ₹1,500/user/month (Business Plus and Enterprise). Microsoft 365 plans range from ₹136/user/month (Basic) to ₹1,650/user/month (Apps for Business and above). Setup and migration services typically range from ₹15,000 for small teams to ₹2 lakhs for complex migrations of 50+ users.
